Nusuk Plus is a mobile app serving pilgrims and guides during Hajj and Umrah seasons, providing live audio broadcasting, notifications, and field guidance services.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Name, email address, phone number, profile picture.
• Location Geographic location while using the app only, to determine proximity to holy sites.
• Microphone Audio during live broadcast sessions (guides only).
• Notifications Device FCM token to deliver service notifications.
• Device Basic device information for technical purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Operate live audio broadcasting between guides and pilgrims.
• Send important notifications related to campaigns and guidance.
• Determine user location to connect them with the holy area services.
• Display and update profile information.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

• Agora – Powers live audio broadcasting. Audio data is transmitted encrypted through Agora servers only during active sessions.
• Firebase (Google) – Delivers push notifications and authentication services.

We do not sell or share your data with any other commercial parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers. Local session data is stored encrypted on your device. Audio is never retained after a broadcast session ends.

6. Your Rights

• Right to access and edit your data through the profile screen.
• Right to request account and data deletion by contacting us.
• Right to revoke location or microphone permissions from device settings at any time.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
